<p>Supporters thronged outside the Sheraton Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, after Mahathir Mohamad declared his victory over incumbent prime minister Najib Razak on May 10.</p><p>Mahathir, 92, who led Malaysia from 1981 to 2003, would become the world’s oldest prime minister</a>.
