Learn how to make Breakfast bowls or buns by Chef Neha Naik only on Get Curried.<br />Try this easy breakfast recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1. 3 - Burger Buns<br />2. 2 - Eggs<br />3. 4 cubes - Grated Cheese<br />5. ½ cup - Spinach <br />6. ¼ cup - Spring Onions<br />7. 1/3 cup - Sweetcorn<br />8. 1/3 cup - Tomato<br />9. Salt to taste<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Preheat oven to 200°C.<br />2. Chop spinach, spring onions and tomato.<br />3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, half of the cheese, chopped veggies and sweet corn.<br />4. Using a knife, cut a hole in the center of all burger buns. Take care not to run the knife till the bottom. Remove the center while leaving the bottom untouched.<br />5. Spoon the egg mixture in the buns and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 25 mins.
