Learn how to make healthy Jwarichi Bhakri or Sorghum Flatbread recipe in Marathi By Chef Smita only on Ruchkar Mejwani.<br /><br />This traditional Bhakri or Indian Flat Bread is made of jowar and is one of the healthiest sources of nutrition.<br />Try this healthy Bhakri Recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />2 cups Jowar/Sorghum Flour<br />Warm Water<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a plate add Jowar flour, warm water and knead it into a dough.<br />The dough should be soft.<br />Take a portion of the dough and make a ball.<br />Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bread or bhakri or you can even do it with the help of a rolling pin. <br />Place the bhakri on a hot pan and spread some water on it.<br />Keep the gas on high flame and when the water evaporates, turn it on the other side.<br />Now put the pan away and lift the bhakri using tong and roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides.<br />
