<p>An opportunistic thief dressed as a tradie snuck into a Swanston Street, Carlton, building site on April 27, April 29 and May 1, stealing copper wire and power tools.</p><p>In the video, the man is seen rifling through a locked box and appears to jimmy a door to exit the property.</p><p>Police said the value of the copper stolen was $2,000.
