Do let us know your experience in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients for the mixture:<br />300 grams - Corn (steamed)<br />1 - chopped onion<br />1 - Raw Mango (chopped)<br />Coriander leaves<br />1/2 tsp - chaat masala<br />Black salt<br />1/2 tsp - red chili powder<br />1 Lime - juice<br /><br />1) Chatpata Bhel:<br />Corn mixture<br />1 tomato chopped<br />1 tbsp - pomegranate seeds<br />1/ 2 tsp chaat masala<br /><br />2)Sweet & sour bhel:<br />Corn mixture<br />1/2 tsp - jeera/cumin powder<br />2 tbsp - dates&tamarind chutney<br />1 tsp - green chutney<br />1/2 tsp - garlic & chili chutney<br /><br />Method of preparation for the mixture:<br />In a bowl, add corn, onion, Raw Mango, coriander leaves, chaat masala, black salt, red chili powder, Lime - juice. Mix them well.<br />Divide the mixture into 2.<br /><br />1) Method for chatpata bhel:<br />To the mixture add chopped tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, chaat masala. Mix them well. Our Chatpata Bhel is ready.<br /><br />2)Method for sweet & sour bhel:<br />To the mixture add cumin powder, dates&tamarind chutney, green chutney, garlic & chili chutney. Mix them well. Our Khatta Metha Bhel is ready.<br /><br />Take both versions out on to a different bowl and garnish it with baked sev.
