Just listen to that turbo whistle! The new BMW M5 F10 has a twin-turbo V8 and the exhaust system fitted to this Hamann tuned version really lets the whistle out, a sound almost like that of Koenigseggs.<br /><br />The car also features all sorts of modifications from a large rear wing to a widebody kit as well as Hamann alloy wheels.
