Moreover, the demolition of the site makes it difficult for the regime to find another site that fits the requirements to sustain nuclear tests.<br /> <br /> And whereas the regime's statement underscores its will to 'dismantle' the nuclear test site,... watchers believe pulling the plug of its nuclear test site has a meaning that transcends a mere shutdown.<br /> With the international community witnessing the shutdown, Pyongyang makes sure to have the upper hand in order to make its own requests to the U.S.<br />
