Starting us off today.... the two Koreas have agreed to hold high-level talks on Wednesday.... at the truce village of Panmunjom.<br />Seoul's Unification Ministry says.... it proposed last week to hold the talks on Monday,... but North Korea replied this morning and suggested they meet on Wednesday.<br /> South Korea quickly accepted the North's proposal.<br />North Korea is sending a five-member delegation led by Ri Son-kwon ,... the head of Pyongyang's inter-Korean affairs committee.<br />South Korea's delegation will be led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon .... and will also be made up of around five members.<br />Meeting for the first time since last month's inter-Korean summit,... the two Koreas are expected to discuss follow-up measures on implementing the Panmunjom Declaration... as well as schedules for inter-Korean military and Red Cross talks. <br />
