<p>A dust devil formed at an outdoor market in Guardamar del Segura on Spain’s east coast on May 13, whipping items into the air and almost ripping the covers off stalls.</p><p>The video shows stallkeepers holding onto stall covers as they are buffeted violently by the sudden winds.
