This video shows how to build custom 18v lithium battery pack conversion for a black and decker cordless drill using 18650 lithium ion cells harvested from used laptop batteries. Cell layout, soldering and balance leads how-to will be discussed. It is important to use a low voltage alarm to ensure the battery does not discharge below manufure specification.
