Uber and Lyft cars jam the roads. Streets are filthy.<br />Many blame tech companies for widening the income gap and driving up prices.<br />But mayoral candidates are loathe to look a gift horse in the mouth.<br />Instead, most say they want "partnership" with tech firms to improve city life. <br />
