This is moment passengers witnessed water rushing into their bus following heavy rains in Hanoi. <br /><br />Footage filmed on May 12 from the Vietnamese capital shows water lapping around the floor in the bus, eventually reaching a depth of about 1 metre (3.5 feet). <br /><br />Eventually, the water level subsided.<br /><br />The city experienced widespread flooding after rain fell at a rate of 174mm per hour over the weekend.
