Novartis group general counsel Felix R. Ehrat is retiring.<br />Ehrat said it was because of his role in setting up a $1.2 million contract with Michael Cohen.<br />Ehrat says that while the contract with President Trump's personal lawyer was legal, "it was an error."<br />Novartis, under its former CEO, signed the contract with Cohen in February 2017.<br />They took one meeting, then realized Cohen couldn't help <br />
