This Mango fusion recipe is your go-to recipe this summer. <br /><br />Mango Mastani Freakshake is Chef Sonali's take on the famous Puneri Mango Mastani recipe.<br />Try making this easy mango recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1/2 cup - Mango Pulp<br />1/2 cup - Milk (boiled)<br />2 tsp - Castor sugar<br />Soaked kesar/saffron milk<br />2 tbsp - Cashew- pistachio powder<br />2 scoop - Vanilla Ice-Cream<br />Cream and mango slices for decoration<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a mixer jar, add milk, Mango Pulp, castor sugar, saffron milk, Cashew- pistachio powder, Vanilla Ice-Cream. <br />Blend them well.<br />Take a Mason Jar and decorate it.<br />Dip the jar in mango pulp, and spread some pulp inside.<br />Top the jar mouth with strands of pistachios.<br />Fill 80% of the jar with Mango Shake, add one scoop of Vanilla ice cream and decorate it with cream and Mango slices.<br />Top it with cherry and our Mango Mastani Freakshake is ready.<br />
