WHEN it carries out denuclearization. <br /><br /> So, the key issue at hand is HOW do we get North Korea's Kim Jong-un to completely, verifiably, irreversibly denuclearize? <br /><br /> What needs to discussed between Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump when they meet next month in order for the denuclearization process to be a success?
