A dust devil follows an old lady across the street in Russia, much to her irritation. <br /><br />She crosses the road while pushing a pram, and increases her pace as the cloud chases after her, breaking into a run. <br /><br />She finally thinks she is rid of it, but it turns on her for a second time.
