The Weeknd scrapped a whole album he wrote before his split with Selena Gomez. <br /><br /><br /><br />The singer dropped 'My Dear Melancholy,' in March, five months after the pair split, and he has revealed he wrote a "very upbeat" album but abandoned the project following their break up. <br /><br /><br /><br />When asked if fans will ever get to hear the dismissed album, The Weeknd who dated Selena for almost a year replied "Never."<br /><br /><br /><br />The Weeknd admitted 'My Dear Melancholy,' was "therapeutic" to make because it felt as though he was "closing" a chapter in his life. <br /><br /><br /><br />However things aren’t all bad as since their break up, The Weeknd is allegedly back with his ex-girlfriend, model Bella Hadid. <br /><br />
