Thousands Gather in Sarajevo to Rally Around Erdogan

<p>Hundreds gathered in Sarajevo, Bosnia, on Sunday, May 20, to show their support for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a rally organized ahead of Turkish elections.</p><p>According to reports</a>, this was the only rally Erdogan held outside of Turkey ahead of the June 24 presidential elections. More than 4 million Turks living abroad would be allowed to vote in the election.</p><p>The event was held in Bosnia after governments in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands said they would not allow rallies, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported</a>.
