This is the shocking moment a teen slips and crashes down a 30-feet waterfall in India.<br /><br />The sixteen-year-old boy luckily survived and is recuperating at a hospital in Bangalore.<br /><br />Nawaz Ahmed, 16, and his friend Ranganath, had gone on a biking trip to ThottiKallu waterfall near the city on May 17. <br /><br />While Ranganath stayed at the base, Ahmed started climbing the slippery rocks to reach the crest of the falls. <br /><br />As other revellers watched, he slipped and fell from a height of 30 feet. <br /><br />An eyewitness Manoj Kumar, 36, told reporters: “The rocks were covered with algae and extremely slippery. It was not safe to climb them.”<br /><br />Ranganath, who was recording Ahmed’s climb on his phone, caught the incident on camera and alerted locals. He rushed Ahmed to a nearby hospital and alerted the police as well. <br /><br />The police have filed a case and taken possession of the video. They are waiting for Ahmed to recover to record his statement.
