A man played the piano while hanging suspended 50 metres in the air on Sunday.<br /><br />The bizarre sight, filmed in Sao Paulo during a cultural festival, took place on Sunday (May 20) and saw pianist Allan Grando and dancer Sandra Miyazawa perform while hanging suspended from wires.<br /><br />The event was part of the annual Virada Cultural festival.
