Learn how to make traditional Mango recipe in 3 different ways only on Rajshri Food.<br />Try Chef Nupur's version of Aam Panna at home and let us know your favorite one in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients for Mango base:<br />2 Raw Mangoes<br />3/4 tsp - Asafoetida <br />1 tbsp - cumin powder<br />Black salt to taste<br />Water<br /><br />1) Ingredients for Khatta Aam Panna:<br />Ice cubes<br />Mango base<br />Water<br /><br />2) Ingredients for Sweet Aam Panna:<br />3 tbsp - Water<br />2 cups - jaggery<br />Ice cubes<br />Water<br />Mango base<br /><br />3) Minty Aam Panna:<br />Sweetened pulp<br />Ice cubes<br />Mint leaves <br />Water<br /><br />Method of preparation for base pulp:<br />Take 2 raw mangoes and put them on the pan.<br />Cover it with a vessel and roast it on both sides till it's charred.<br />Make few cuts in the Mango and keep them aside for cooling.<br />Keep a vessel to heat on the gas and roast the asafoetida.<br />Scrap out all the pulp from the mango nicely.<br />In a mixer jar add the mango pulp, roasted asafoetida, cumin powder, Black salt and water. Grind them well.<br /><br />1)In a glass add some ice cubes, mango concentrate, water and mix them well. Our Khatta Aam Panna is ready.<br /><br />2) In a vessel, heat water, add jaggery and cook it till the jaggery melts.<br />Add the syrup to the base pulp and mix it well.<br />In a glass add ice cubes, concentrate and water. Mix them well.<br /> Our Sweet Aam Panna is ready.<br /><br />3)In a mixer jar take some of the sweetened pulp, mint leaves and water. Grind them well.<br />In a glass add some ice cubes, mint concentrate, water and give it a good mix. Our Minty Aam Panna is ready.<br />
