<p>Milwaukee police tackled a bicyclist after he stopped and rummaged through a suspicious package officers had been investigating on Monday, May 21. The cyclist was taken into custody by the FBI, a local news report said</a>.</p><p>The intersection was closed down before 7am when someone reported a backpack on top of a decorated electrical box downtown, a news report said</a>. A bomb technician was seen pulling the package into the middle of the intersection before inspecting it.</p><p>The bicyclist then rode through the police tape and started pulling out items inside the bag before officers tackled him.
