The National Assembly has until today to vote on the constitutional reform bill proposed by President Moon Jae-in in March,... but the rival parties are still having trouble finding common ground. <br /> The ruling Democratic Party is urging the opposition parties to attend Thursday's plenary session to review and vote on the motion.<br />However,.. the opposition parties called on President Moon to withdraw the bill, adding they will boycott the session.<br />The proposed constitutional reform entails changing the current five-year presidency to four-years and allowing the incumbent to seek re-election.<br />If there's no vote today,... the bill will become null and void. <br />
