On the day the Federal Reserve released their latest monetary policy meeting minutes, Wall Street took it easy.<br />Stocks aren't down, but they aren't up either on May 23rd.<br />With the Dow Jones up 37-points on the day, the Nasdaq up 57-points on the day, and the S&P up 7-points, the top three indexes on the New York Stock Exchange grew by less than a percent. <br />
