According to reports, authorities in New York City are preparing to arrest Harvey Weinstein.<br />The disgraced movie mogul has been accused of sexual harassment, assault, and rape by numerous women.<br />Months ago, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and New York Police Department began investigating an alleged incident between Weinstein and actress Lucia Evans.<br />She accused Weinstein of forcing her to perform oral sex in New York during 2004. <br />
