Learn how to make 3 Types of Raita at home by Chef NUpur Sampat only on Rajshri Food.<br /><br />Enjoy your biryani or Pulao with this variation of raitas and let us know your experience in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients for Beetroot Raita:<br />2 cups - curd<br />Black salt to taste<br />1 tsp - cumin seeds powder<br />1 - Beetroot - steamed & grated<br />1 - grated cucumber<br />2 tsp - honey<br />1 tbsp - mint leaves<br />2 tbsp - coriander leaves<br /><br />Method of preparation for Beetroot Raita:<br />In a bowl add curd, black salt, cumin seeds powder, whisk them.<br />Add Beetroot, cucumber, and honey.<br />Mix them well and add mint leaves, coriander leaves.<br />Give them a mix.<br />Our Beetroot Raita is ready.<br /><br />Ingredients for Palak Raita:<br />1- 1/2 cup - curd<br />1 cup Spinach/ palak ( steamed & chopped )<br />1/2 Tomato Chopped<br />2 tbsp - Onions chopped <br />Coriander leaves (chopped)<br />1 tsp - cumin seeds powder<br />1/2 tsp - red chili powder<br />Black salt to taste<br /><br />Method of preparation for Palak Raita:<br />In a bowl add curd, palak, tomato, Onions, coriander leaves, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, black salt to taste. Give it a mix.<br />Our Palak Raita is ready.<br /><br />Ingredients for Pumpkin Raita:<br />1- 1/2 cup - curd<br />100 grams pumpkin (steamed& grated )<br /><br />Tempering for the raita:<br />1/2 tsp - Oil<br />1/2 tsp - mustard seeds<br />1/4 tsp - asafoetida<br />5-6 curry leaves<br />1/2 tsp - garlic chopped<br />1 tsp - cumin seeds powder<br />1/2 tsp - red chili powder<br /><br />Method of preparation for Pumpkin Raita:<br />In a bowl add curd, pumpkin.<br />In a wok add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, garlic and our tempering is ready.<br />Add the tempering, cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, black salt to taste and coriander leaves to the curd mixture and give it a mix.<br />Our Pumpkin Raita is ready.
