Korea and our neighboring countries will have warmer than average temperatures under mainly sunny skies on Tuesday. <br /><br /> Seoul saw the daily high rise to 29 .1 degrees Celsius yesterday, readings will go down a few notches but southern provinces will have summer heat. Morning lows have gotten much milder as well. <br /><br /> Atmospheric instability will cause some sudden showers in some parts of the central region along with thunder and lightning between late afternoon and at night. <br /><br /> Checking on today's temperatures... most parts had a low of 18 degrees Celsius, but readings are already in the twenties. Meanwhile those in Busan and Ulsan are waking up to relatively high dust levels. <br /><br /> Highs in southern regions will be warmer, while Daejeon will have highs a couple notches lower than Monday at 28 degrees, Seoul at 25 degrees.
