While it has been reported that North Korea and the U.S. are carrying out negotiations for a summit via two channels,... there seems to be an additional one involving the CIA. <br /> According to Associated Press,... a (quote) "CIA Team",... which they assume is the CIA Korea Mission Center,... is meeting with its North Korean counterpart,... a team headed by Kim Yong-chol, Vice Chairman of North Korea's Workers' Party.<br />The Korea Mission Center established by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo while he was CIA chief,... and headed by Andrew Kim,... is known to have played a central role in laying the groundwork for a North Korea-U.S. summit. <br />
