A Malian immigrant in France will be made a naturalized citizen after saving a child dangling from a balcony.<br />Mamoudou Gassama scaled four floors of the building with his bare hands, climbing up the railing of a facade.<br />Gassama arrived in France last year after traveling from Mali to Libya, before sailing across the Mediterranean Sea by boat to Italy. <br />
