Police attend the scene following a shooting in the Belgian city of Liège that left two police officers dead.<br /><br />The assailant was also killed after reportedly taking a woman hostage. <br /><br />Video shows confusion at the scene of a police cordon as well as numerous first responder vehicles at the scene after the incident.<br /><br />"My car is over there!" a man can be heard saying in the video before retreating as sirens blare in the background.<br /><br />It has not been confirmed whether the incident is terror-related.
