The two Koreas have finalized their delegations for the high-level inter-Korean talks that are set for Friday.<br /> Seoul is sending a five-member delegation led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon... that includes the vice ministers of land and sports.<br />The Vice Minister of the Forest Service could take part as well... if the two sides end up discussing forestation projects.<br />Pyongyang's team will have five members as well -- led by Ri Son-kwon..., the head of the North's inter-Korean affairs committee,... and the ministers in charge of railways and sports.<br />This would mark the first round of high-level talks since the inter-Korean summit in April.<br />Measures to implement the summit agreement will top the agenda. <br />
