Try this Aloo bhurji at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />3 tbsp - oil<br />1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste<br />1 cup - spring onion whites.<br />1 - tomato (chopped)<br />1/2 tsp - turmeric powder<br />1 tsp - red chili powder<br />1 tsp - garam masala<br />1 tsp - salt<br />5-6 - potatoes (boiled, pealed&cubed)<br />1/2 cup - spring onion leaves<br />Coriander for garnishing<br /><br />Method:-<br />In a pan, heat oil, ginger-garlic paste, and saute them.<br />Add spring onions, and saute it till it turns translucent.<br />Add tomato, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix them well.<br />Add potatoes, spring onion leaves and mix them well.<br />Once it is done, garnish it with coriander and switch off the flame.<br />Our Batatyachi Bhurji is ready to be served.
