Do let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />11/2 cup Mustard Oil<br />100 grams Ginger grated<br />100 grams Garlic grated<br />1/2 kg or 500 grams boneless chicken<br />Salt to taste<br />Red Chilli powder to taste<br />1/2 cup Vinegar<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a wok add oil, bring it to smoking point, then switch off the gas and let it cool.<br />Heat the oil again and add ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it for 10-15 mins so that the rawness goes away.<br />Add the chicken to the mixture and fry till the chicken is done.<br />Add salt, red chili powder, vinegar and let it cook for 10 -15 minutes.<br />Our Chicken ka Achaar is ready.
