Subtropical Storm Alberto made landfall in Florida's Panhandle.<br />The storm has threatened the southeastern United States with heavy rain and wind, causing flooding throughout the region.<br />According to the National Hurricane Center, winds reached a maximum sustained speed of 45 miles-per-hour on May 28th, but winds have slowed down slightly. <br />
