Crowds of photographers and interested New Yorkers gathered to witness the annual "Manhattanhenge" phenomenon in the city. <br /><br />Video shows people taking photographs on May 30 as the setting sun lines up with 42nd street in Midtown in Manhattan. <br /><br />The occurance – a play on words with the Stonehenge formation in the UK – happens for one or two days every spring when the sun lines up with Manhattan's famous grid-like street system.
