A request by a Chinese man in his will must have driven his surviving relatives mad.<br /><br />Instead of a coffin, the man asked to be buried in his beloved car. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Baoding City near Beijing on May 28, shows an excavator slowly lowering an old Hyundai Sonata, inside which is a dead villager - named in local reports only as Qi - into a supersized grave.<br /><br />Mourners stand around to help guide the car into place and pay their respects.<br /><br />According to reports, Qi was a car lover and he specified in his will that he wanted to be laid to rest inside his silver Sonata instead of a coffin.<br /><br />The car was reportedly around 10-years-old and worth around £1,170.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
