A modified SUV was spotted blinding drivers with strobe lights every time it braked. <br /><br />The vehicle appears to have been wired to flash the strobe lights when it brakes, along with its regular red brake lights. <br /><br />Locals dubbed it the “Disco Jeep,” but others complained that it could startle fellow drivers on the road.<br /><br />It was seen in Muntinlupa, Philippines, on May 22.
