Try this at your home and share your experience with us in the comments below. <br /><br />Enjoy this delicious Chicken Curry and watch Behdhadak movie on Friday 1st of June, 2018 at a theatre near you!<br /><br />Ingredients for Chicken Curry:<br />1 tsp - Oil<br />Marinated Chicken<br />Paste<br />1 Cup - Water<br /><br />Ingredients for marination:-<br />2 ½ tsp - Ginger- garlic paste<br />½ tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp - Red chili powder<br />1 tsp - Cumin powder<br />½ - 1 tsp - Garam masala<br />1 tsp - Kasoori Methi<br />2 ½ tsp - Curd<br />1 tsp - Salt <br />1 ½ Cup - Chicken (Chopped)<br /><br />Ingredients for the paste:<br />1 Onion (Roughly Chopped)<br />1 Tomato (Roughly Chopped)<br />5-6 Cashews<br /><br />Ingredients for the Omelette:<br />2 Eggs<br />1 - Green Chili<br />Pepper Powder<br />Salt<br />Oil<br /><br />Method for curry:<br />Take a non-stick pan, add oil, marinated chicken and cook it on high flame for 10 minutes till it dries.<br />Add paste to the chicken and mix them well.<br />Add water and mix it again.<br />Cover it with a lid and cook it for 20 minutes.<br /><br />Method for marination:-<br />In a bowl add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, kasoori methi. Mix them well.<br />Add curd and mix it again.<br />Add salt and chicken. Mix them well.<br />Keep it aside to marinate for an hour.<br /><br />Method for the Paste:<br />Pressure cook tomato, onion and cashew for 4-5 whistles and make a smooth paste of it.<br /><br />Method for the Omelette:<br />In a bowl add eggs, green chili, pepper powder and salt.<br />Whisk it nicely.<br />In a nonstick pan add some oil and brush it on the pan.<br />Add the batter and flip the omelet once it's cooked on one side.<br />Take out the Omelette on the plate once it's done.<br />Roll the omelet and make small pieces of it.<br /><br />Our Low Fat Chicken Curry with Omelette is ready to be served.<br />
