Stephen Worton, 53, of Toxteth, who has been sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court today February 24, 2014 for fraudulently claiming £84,000 in benefits including Incapacity Benefit, Income Support and Housing Benefit, even though he was running his own building business and taking numerous holidays abroad with his wife.
