Sean McCabe planned every moment of his own funeral after he was given just two months to live following a grim diagnosis of stage four Hodgkins Lymphoma.<br />The 30-year-old decided to organise his own perfect send-off, and selected music, food and even the venue – booking a church for two weeks after his diagnosed expiration date.<br />But in a remarkable twist of fate, Sean’s cancer went into remission, and he had to cancel the church for his funeral – so re-booked it for his WEDDING.<br />Security guard Sean, from Tonyrefail, south Wales, even penned a heart-wrenching letter to his three kids for girlfriend Lisa Williams to read out to their children after he had passed.
