Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says his side are the "champions of autumn" after their 2-1 Premier League win over Liverpool at Anfield.<br /><br />Emre Can's deflected strike gave Liverpool the lead before Chelsea equalised through Gary Cahill before the break.
