A have-a-go-hero chippy owner sent a knife-wielding thug packing as he tried to rob his shop - by fighting him off with a BATON. <br /><br />Sukhdev Singh Kaur, 40, bravely fended off the hooded youth after he burst into the takeaway brandishing the weapon and demanding money on Wednesday night (6/9). <br /><br />The teen slashed at Mr Kaur three times and smashed a glass display unit in anger before he left the Rose Avenue Fryer, in Worcester empty-handed.
