Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal says opponents Everton were more motivated and more aggressive than his team, after they lost 3-0 at Goodison.<br /><br />James McCarthy's counter-attacking goal and John Stones' header put Everton 2-0 ahead just after the half hour.
