Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal admits his side's lack of goals is "a concern" following their 1-0 defeat at home to West Brom.<br /><br />United dominated possession in the match but were beaten by Chris Brunt's 63rd-minute free-kick which was deflected in off team-mate Jonas Olsson.
