A Bulgarian HGV driver who got stuck on a level crossing after carelessly driving across as the barriers came down has been jailed. <br /><br />Tencho Hristov, 30, ignored warning signs that a train was approaching and drove his articulated lorry across the tracks. <br /><br />But as he did so, the barriers came down, trapping him on the level crossing, where he was unable to reverse due to a queue of traffic which had built up behind him.
