A mob of '40 to 50' yobs turned Halloween into a truly scary night by pelting pumpkins at homes and throwing fireworks at cars.<br /><br />Terrified residents hid in their homes while the youths ran amok in the usually peaceful Vigo Village, Kent.<br /><br />Pete Cottam, 54, caught the teens on CCTV stealing one of the pumpkins his five-year-old grandson had carved before flinging the other at his front door.
