A Brit who is just 4ft 6ins tall is in the standing to be named the shortest person in the world - to drive a DOUBLE-DECKER bus.<br /><br />Frank Hachem, 55, has been driving the huge buses for eight months, despite them being three times his height.<br /><br />He is so confident about his small stature, caused by dwarfism, that he's applied for a Guinness World Record and is waiting to hear back from the organisation.
