A British adventurer has conquered ten of the most iconic volcanic landscapes across the UK and Ireland - in just 72 HOURS.<br /><br />Sophie Radcliffe, 34, scaled mountains in freezing temperatures, climbed treacherous slopes in the dark and abseiled down some of Scotland’s most picturesque spots. <br /><br />The former city worker, from London, started her adventure in North Wales by climbing Snowdon before travelling across the Irish sea to Croghan Hill.
