A mum smiled for the first time in a decade after doctors removed a 6lb tumour from her jaw. <br /><br />Alka Wagh, 44, was branded an "evil spirit" by her neighbours due to the huge lump which had been growing on her face for ten years. <br /><br />Doctors initially said it was too risky to operate, but took a chance after it got so big she couldn't eat, breathe or even talk properly.
