A disgruntled mum has been slapped with an £80 fine for feeding PIGEONS - after her two children gave them some crumbs from their sausage rolls. <br /><br />Katie Trudgill, 31, was penalised for 'littering' after a council worker spotted her two children scattering crumbs of pastry. <br /><br />She was enjoying a quick bite to eat after a shopping expedition with her two kids - five-year-old Amelia and three-year-old Finley.
